We will be offering several 3 day fly fishing camps to the Jackson River in 2012 from Richmond, Northern Virginia, and Stafford/Fredericksburg.
These camps are a perfect way for campers to learn the basics of fly fishing or to hone the skills they already have. The Jackson is an outstanding tailwater fishery that flows cold and clear throughout the year, supporting a wealth of rainbow and brown trout.

While there has been some controversy over accessing the Jackson in recent years, there is plenty of water to fish if you know where to go. We have a fleet of rafts to make sure we can get the kids to the best spots.
Not only do campers learn fly fishing skills, but also hone their camping skills sleeping out under the stars and learning to cook using dutch ovens.
We provide all fly fishing and camping equipment. Campers just need to bring a sleeping bag and a sense of adventure and they are sure to love it.
